The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.35) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of a length of Croxall Road Old Road at Alrewas, in the District of Lichfield. This is to enable development as permitted by Lichfield District Council under reference 23/01349/COUM.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5659). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Lichfield District Council, District Council House, Frog Lane, Lichfield, WS13 6YU.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 12 December 2024.
