Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of District Judge Banks made in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD) (case number BR-2024-MAN-000018) dated 7 November 2024, and amended by him on 4 December 2024 (“Amended Order”) received by David Emanuel Merton Mond (“Mr Mond”) on 9 December 2024 at 17.46hrs, Mr Mond was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedules below and the person named was appointed Office Holder in his place.

Pursuant to the Amended Order, the person named also gives notice as follows:

(i) that creditors have liberty to apply, within 7 days after this notice has been advertised in the London Gazette, to vary or discharge the Amended Order and/or to object to Mr Mond’s release

(ii) that in Schedule 1A below Mr Mond is removed as Trustee in Bankruptcy

(iii) that in each of the liquidations listed in Schedule 1B below, Mr Mond will be entitled to apply to the Secretary of State for his release upon the expiry of 21days from the date this notice has been advertised
