Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY. A meeting of creditors it to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Joint Administrator's Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee. 3. The approval of the Joint Administrator's fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs. 4. The timing of the Joint Administrators' discharge. To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Administrator by one of the following methods.
