Silver Clouds Trust (the "Trust")

Notice is hereby given that Jeremy Michael Bennett, administrator of the Company (“Administrator”) intends to declare a first and final distribution to the creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving, being 31 December 2024 (“Deadline”).

Any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to any benefit from, or interest in the Trust is required to send particulars in writing by the Deadline of his or her claim of entitlement (together with full name, present address, and date of birth) to the Administrator via email to silverclouds@oharas.co or by post to Lead Corporate Reconstruction Limited t/a O’Haras, Hope Park Business Centre, Trevor Foster Way, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD5 8HB.

Following the expiry of the Deadline, the Administrator will distribute all of the remaining Trust assets to those beneficially entitled. The Administrator will only have regard to persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice before Deadline, and will not be liable to any other person.

Any person who has already submitted written details of their claim to the Administrator is not required to respond to this notice.
