Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 October 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14 November 2024, I, Jack Oliver Switton, 27 Widey View, Plymouth PL3 5JQ Single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jack Oliver Smerdon and assumed the name of Jack Oliver Switton.
