WHEREAS ENDURANCE WIND POWER (UK) LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number 07632241 was dissolved on 11 March 2019; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said ENDURANCE WIND POWER (UK) LIMITED was the Tenant under a Lease between Catherine Buchanan and Fine Energy Limited, registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number ABN117912; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said ENDURANCE WIND POWER (UK) LIMITED came to my notice on 21 October 2024: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
