At a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at Marshall Peters Manchester Limited, c/o Heskin Hall Farm, Wood Lane, Heskin, Preston, PR7 5PA on 20 November 2024 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Palmer (IP No. 9657) of Marshall Peters Manchester Limited, c/o Heskin Hall Farm, Wood Lane, Heskin, Preston, PR7 5PA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding.”

At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on the same day, the appointment of Paul Palmer as Liquidator was not confirmed, and Keeley Lord (IP No. 29350) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2-3 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 8BU was appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.
