A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 17 December 2024; 2. That the Joint Administrators' additional fees of £59,557.50 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.
