Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 September 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20 September 2024, I, Teresa Jacqueline Larkin, 3 Waterdale Farm Caravan Park, Kingskerswell TQ12 5EX Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Teresa Jacqueline Carr and assumed the name of Teresa Jacqueline Larkin.
