Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 June 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 26 September 2024, I, Jean Parker, 8 Smillie Road, Horden, Durham SR8 4AH Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jean Dorothy Parsonage and assumed the name of Jean Parker.
