NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above named Company, which was voluntarily wound up on 2 October 2024, are required, on or before 19 December 2024 to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Cooper Young, Hunter House, 109 Snakes Lane West, Woodford Green, IG8 0DY and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

A creditor who has not proved their debt before the above date, or who increases the claim in their proof after that date, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Please note that the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved. Furthermore, please note that after paying or providing for a final distribution in respect of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the Liquidator shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely.

Note: The Directors of the Company have made a declaration of solvency, and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
