Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 July 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16 September 2024, I, Knox Blair Fitzpatrick, 44 Newfield Drive, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA3 0AF Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Bella Misandria Wardle Fitzpatrick and assumed the name of Knox Blair Fitzpatrick.
