NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by Joseph Colley and John Dickinson that decisions are to be sought from the creditors of MBAC Realisations 2024 Limited that a Virtual Meeting of Creditors has been summoned for 6 December 2024 at 10.00 am, under paragraph 62 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of seeking decisions from the creditors of the above named Company to form a Creditors’ Committee, and if one is not formed, to seek decisions approving the pre-administration costs, fixing the basis of the Joint Administrators’ remuneration and their Fees Estimate.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the virtual meeting and vote either personally or by proxy and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at the offices of CBW Recovery LLP, 10 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AF by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
