Notice is hereby given that Kevin Ley (IP No. 25090) and Adam Stephens (IP No. 9748) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, c/o RRS, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by the Secretary of State on 12 November 2024 and that they act either jointly or separately.

Creditors may request that the Joint Liquidators convene a decision procedure under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of establishing a liquidation’ committee, provided that the creditor, or a group of creditors, represent more than one tenth in value of the total claims of the liquidation.
