Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23 August 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11 October 2024, I, Iris Adams, 118 Woodlands Road, Southampton, SO40 7AL Single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Alistair Julien David Adams and assumed the name of Iris Adams.
