Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, Koninklijke Philips N.V has transferred all of his interest in Circularity European Growth I (Feeder) LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of £5.00 to the new limited partner, Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd, and subsequently ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
