We, Simon Lowes (IP No. 9194) and Stephen Mark Powell (IP No. 9561) both of Begbies Traynor, 5 Prospect House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 14 July 2022.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 9 December 2024. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.
