THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.18) ORDER 2024

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

2. The general effect of the Orders would be in:

(1) Agate Road,

(a) the north-east side, introduce double yellow line no waiting restrictions at the side of No. 8 Amor Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(b) the west side, introduce a disabled person parking place at the side of No. 12 Beauclerc Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(2) Ashchurch Grove, the north-east side, revoke the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions outside No. 28 Ashchurch Grove, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(3) Ashchurch Park Villas, both sides, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions outside and opposite No. 41 Ashchurch Park Villas.

(4) Ashchurch Terrace, the north-west side, introduce a doctors’ parking place outside No. 1 Ashchurch Terrace, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(5) Askew Road,

(a) the north-east side, introduce a payment parking place Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm max stay 30 minutes outside Nos. 107 to 111 Askew Road, revoking the existing single yellow line in this location.

(b) the south-west side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions outside The Orchard Tavern.

(c) the south-west side, introduce payment parking places outside Nos. 86 to 90 Askew Road, revoking the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions in this location.

(d) the south-west side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions timings to Monday to Saturday 8am to 9am and 5pm to 6.30pm outside Nos. 82 to 90 Askew Road.

(e) the south-west side, convert the existing no loading restriction timings to Monday to Saturday 8am to 9am and 5pm to 6.30pm outside Nos. 82 to 84 and No. 90 Askew Road.

(f) the west side, convert the single yellow line waiting restriction timings to Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm outside Nos. 66 to 80 Askew Road.

(6) Australia Road, the west side, introduce a personalised disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 1 to 25 Davis House.

(7) Bassein Park Road, the south-east side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions at the side of No. 130 Askew Road.

(8) Becklow Road,

(a) the east side, introduce single yellow line waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm outside No. 161 Becklow Road, revoking a section of the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(b) the north side, extend the existing shared use parking place opposite No. 87 Becklow Road and opposite No. 105 Becklow Road, revoking the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions in these locations.

(9) Bentworth Road, the south side of the cul-de-sac between Nos. 44 and 46 Bentworth Road, introduce a disabled persons parking place, revoking the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions in this location.

(10) Bishop’s Road, the north-west side, introduce a personalised disabled persons parking place opposite No. 67 Bishop’s Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(11) Bridge Avenue, the west side, revoke the existing doctors parking place opposite No. 15 Bridge Avenue, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(12) Bulwer Street, the south side, introduce a cycle hangar parking place and single yellow line waiting restriction 9am-10pm every day opposite Nos. 6 and 8 Bulwer Street, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(a) the east side, introduce single yellow line 9am to 10pm waiting restrictions outside No. 14 Caxton Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(b) the west side, introduce single yellow line 9am 10pm waiting restrictions opposite No. 14 Caxton Road, revoking the existing waiting restrictions in this location.

(17) Cobbold Road, the north side, extend the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions westwards opposite St Saviour’s with St Mary Church, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(19) Epirus Road, the north-west side, introduce a shared use parking place opposite No. 1 Epirus Road, revoking the existing payment parking place in this location.

(20) Erica Street, the west side, introduce school keep clear markings opposite Nos. 12 to 22 Erica Street.

(21) Flanchford Road, both sides, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions at the junction with Stamford Brooke Road.

(22) Frithville Gardens, the south-west side, extend the existing shared use parking place outside Nos. 105 to 107 Frithville Gardens, revoking the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions in this location.

(23) Gayford Road, the south side,

(a) extend the existing shared use parking place opposite Nos. 32 and 34 Gayford Road, revoking the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions in this location.

(b) convert the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions opposite Nos. 16 to 22 Gayford Road to single yellow line waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

(24) Goldhawk Road, the south-east side, convert a section of the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line restrictions outside No. 287 Goldhawk Road.

(25) Gransden Road, the north end, the west, north and east sides, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions outside Nos. 7 and 14 Gransden Road.

(26) Hammersmith Grove, the south-west side, revoke the existing shared use parking place outside Nos. 205 and 207 Hammersmith Grove, extending the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions in this location.

(27) Hartswood Road, the south-west side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions;

(a) outside the entrance to Hartswood Gardens.

(b) at the side of No. 32 Stamford Brooke Road. (28) Hofland Road, the north-east side, revoke the existing disabled persons parking place outside No. 20 Hofland Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(29) Hopgood Street, the west side, relocate the existing electric vehicle charging place adjacent to No. 186 Uxbridge Road southwards, adjusting the existing restrictions in these locations.

(30) India Way, the west way, introduce a personalised disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 1 to 55 Cornwallis House, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location

(31) Jeddo Road, the south side, outside the flank wall of No. 27 Stronsa Road, relocate the existing cycle hangar bay eastwards by 0.5 metres and introduce 1.5 metres of single yellow line waiting restrictions either side, revoking the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions in this location.

(32) Kinnear Road,

(a) the north side, relocate the existing disabled persons parking place from outside No. 1 Kinnear Road to outside Nos. 3 and 4 Kinnear Road, adjusting the existing shared use parking place in both these locations.

(b) the south side, introduce single yellow line waiting restrictions opposite No. 1 Kinnear Road and opposite the side of No. 9 Stronsa Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(c) the south side, introduce single yellow line waiting restrictions opposite Nos. 8, 9 and 10 Kinanear Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location. (

33) Larden Road, the east side, outside the flank wall of No. 132 Valetta Road, convert the existing single yellow line operating hours form Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6.30pm to Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

(34) Laurence Mews, the south side,

(a) introduce no loading at any time kerb blips at the side of No. 121 Askew Road.

(b) introduce a loading bay Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm max stay 20 minutes no return within 4 hours at the side of No. 121 Askew Road, revoking the existing double yellow line in this location.

(35) Lefroy Road, the east side, introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions opposite Nos. 41 to 47 Lefroy Road, revoking the shared use parking place in this location.

(36) Lime Grove,

(a) the east side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions opposite No. 40 Lime Grove.

(b) the east side, introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions outside Nos. 11 to 12 Gaumont Terrace, revoking the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions.

(43) Rylett Crescent, the south side,

(a) introduce a shared use parking place opposite No. 26 Rylett Crescent, revoking the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions in this location.

(b) Introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions opposite Nos. 26 and 28 Rylett Crescent, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(44) Sedlescombe Road, the north-west side, introduce a shoppers bay 8.30am to 10pm permit holders or payment parking max stay 2 hours no return within 1 hour, outside Nos. 2 to 6 Sedlescombe Road, revoking the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions in this location.

(45) Shepherd’s Bush Green,

(a) revoke the existing no loading kerb blips on the central reservations outside No. 32 Shepherds Bush Green.

(b) introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions on the north-eastern central reservation at the junction between the north to southern arm of Shepherds Bush Green and the west to eastern arm of Shepherds Bush Green.

(c) introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions on the central island outside No. 53 Shepherds Bush Green.

(d) the south-east side, revoke the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions and no loading kerb blips across the eastern and western entrances to the BP petrol station.

(e) the south-east side, introduce no loading at any time kerb blips outside No. 47 and 51 Shepherds Bush Green.

(f) the south-west side, convert the existing no loading operational hours to no loading at any time at the junction with Uxbridge Road.

(46) Shepherds Bush Place, the east side, introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions outside Nos. 19 to 21 Shepherds Bush Place, 24a Shepherds Bush Place, and opposite Nos. 4 to 8 Shepherds Bush Place, revoking the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions.

(47) Stamford Brook Road,

(a) the north-west side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restriction operating Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6.30pm to Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm outside Nos. 78 to 84 Stamford Brook Road.

(b) the south-east side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restriction operating Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6.30pm to Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm opposite Nos. 78 and 80 Stamford Brook Road.

(48) Strode Road, the south-east side,

(49) Stronsa Road, the west side, convert the existing no stopping restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions opposite Nos. 2 to 10 Stronsa Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.

(50) Tadmor Street, the south-west side, introduce single yellow line no waiting restrictions Monday to Sunday 9am to 10pm opposite Nos. 11 and 13 Tadmor Street, revoking the existing shared use bay in this location.

(51) Uxbridge Road,

(a) the north-east side, convert the existing no loading operating hours to 8am to 9.30am and 4.30pm to 8pm outside Nos. 130 to 136 Uxbridge Road.

(b) the north-east side, introduce no loading 7am to 10am and 4pm to 8pm kerb blips outside Nos. 208 to 212 Uxbridge Road.

(c) the north side, convert the existing no loading operational hours to no loading at any time outside No. 56 Uxbridge Road.

(d) the west and east side, introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions and no loading at any time kerb blips on both sides of the bend between Uxbridge Road and Shepherd’s Bush Green.

(52) Wendell Road, the north side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions at the junction of Wendell Mews.

(53) Wood Lane, the west side,

(a) introduce no loading Monday to Saturday 8am to 9.30am and 4.30pm to 8pm kerb blips outside No. 53 Wood Lane.

(b) revoke the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions outside Nos. 45 to 51 Wood Lane.

(c) revoke the existing single yellow line waiting restriction outside Nos. 19 to 41 Wood Lane.

(54) To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk before the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
