Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 8th November 2024 it made the above Order to remove the planned Zone HN1 parking place outside No. 41 Cedars Drive, Hillingdon and replace this with 'Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm' waiting restrictions to facilitate the installation of a new vehicle crossing. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 18th November 2024 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. A copy of the Order can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which this Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
