Notice is hereby given by the Liquidator, Richard Bathgate of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop's Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that I intend to declare a first and final dividend to the creditors of the company within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below.

The creditors of the above named company which is in members' voluntarily liquidation are required on or before 27 November 2024 ("the last date for proving") to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, Richard Bathgate of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop's Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL, the liquidator of the company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary. Please note that the liquidator may make this first and final dividend without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt was proved.
