Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 October 2024, as a Special Resolution (1) and Ordinary Resolutions (2) and (3):
(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily;
(2) That Richard Warwick and Rachel Hotham of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, TA1 2UH be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up; and
(3) That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office.
