Imbiba Growth 2 LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 25 October 2024, Stadium Parkgate (Holdings) Limited (the "Transferring Limited Partner") transferred its entire interest in Imbiba Growth 2 LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registered No LP022758 (the "Partnership") to SPH 2011 Limited and that, with effect from on 25 October 2024, the Transferring Limited Partner ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
