Notice pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

The Cameron Defined Contribution Pension Plan (the "Plan")

This notice is given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. Notice is hereby given that the Trustee of the Plan is intending to wind up the Plan in accordance with the Plan`s Trust Deed and Rules.

Following a bulk transfer of all members to the LifeSight master trust by the Trustee, the Trustee believes that all entitlements to benefits under the Plan will have been extinguished. Any persons having a claim or interest in the Plan are required to send written details of such claim or interest, together with details of their full name, address and date of birth and copies of any documents in their possession which support their claim or interest to the Trustee of the Plan, c/o SLB Pensions Dept, Minerva, Manor Royal, Crawley RH10 9BU no later than two months from the date of this notice. In order to ensure that the Trustee receives notice of any such written details, the Trustee recommends that written details of any claims are sent by guaranteed delivery method.

As soon as possible after expiry of the two month period referred to above, the Trustee will distribute any remaining Plan assets in accordance with the Plan`s Trust Deed and Rules and overriding legislation to provide benefits for members and any other persons entitled to benefits, having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice, and wind up the Plan. The Trustee will not in respect of the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim it has not had notice.

Please note that you do not need to contact the Trustee in relation to this notice if you have:

• been notified of the transfer of your benefits from the Plan to LifeSight;

• previously been notified of the transfer of your benefits from the Plan to the Scottish Widows master trust; or

• made a claim for benefits from the Plan and received a response.
