NOTICE REQUIRING SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above-named entity are required, on or before the 20 November 2024 to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016) with particulars of their debts or claims, to the undersigned, Richard Paul Rendle of Rendle & Co, 9 Hockley Court, Hockley Heath, Solihull B94 6NW, the Liquidator and, if so required by notice in writing to prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice.
