Riverside Capital (TVL Portfolio 1) LP (SL024544) having its principal place of business at 5th Floor Quartermile Two, 2 Lister Square, Edinburgh, EH3 9GL (the “Partnership”) hereby gives notice that Morgan Smithyes Limited ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership on 4 September 2024 and, with effect from that date, 100% of the share of the Partnership held in its name was assigned to Peter Howard Morgan and Patricia Anne Morgan.
