Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Adams Street Partnership Fund - 2008 Non-U.S. Fund, L.P. (the “Transferor”) assigned its interest in Livingbridge 5 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP014939 (the “Partnership”) in the following proportions to:

i. 95.41% of the Transferor’s interest in the Partnership has been transferred to PEV Holdings 1066 AB LLC;

ii. 0.45% of the Transferor’s interest in the Partnership has been transferred to FPP Alternative Investments Class D Foreign Income Blocker LLC; and

iii. 4.14% of the Transferor’s interest in the Partnership has been transferred to VF IX ESC Advisors LLC for the account of PEV SB Employee Aggregator IV LP,

(each a “Transferee”, together the “Transferees”).

As a result of such transfers, with effect from 30 September 2024, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and each of the Transferees became limited partners of the Partnership.
