Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given in respect of the following transfer of limited partnership interests in Livingbridge Enterprise 2 LP, an English limited partnership with registered number LP016854 (the “Partnership”): Patria ESF I LP (formerly, SL Capital ESF I L.P.) (the “Transferor”) transferred the whole of its interest to Patria Acropolis (Guernsey) Limited (the “Transferee”). Accordingly, with effect from 2 October 2024, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
