Bridgepoint Europe V 'A3' LP

Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 30 September 2024, Philippos Asset Management AG has transferred its interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe V 'A3' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP015948, to each of Silverstone Roseg (GP) LLC on behalf of Silverstone Roseg Aggregator, L.P., Stepstone Boulder (GP) LLC on behalf of Stepstone Boulder Opportunities SMA Offshore Holdings, L.P. and Stepstone Private Markets which have been admitted as new limited partners in the Partnership.
