Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 30 September 2024, Capital Dynamics Generation VII - European Mid-Market Buyout (the “Transferor”) assigned to Capital Dynamics TP Secondary 2024 LP (the “Transferee”) the whole of its interest in Rutland Fund III LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP015651, and that, with effect from that date the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership.
