Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, effective as of 10 October 2023 (the “Effective Date”) TriSpan Investments Ltd has withdrawn from TRISPAN OF 03 INVESTMENTS (UK) LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP023244 (the “Partnership”), as general partner and has accordingly ceased to be a general partner of the Partnership and TRISPAN OF 03 GP LLP has been appointed as a general partner of the Partnership as of the Effective Date.
