Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2007 Non-U.S Fund L.P., Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2008 Non-U.S. Fund, L.P., and Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2009 Non-U.S. Developed Markets Fund L.P. have transferred their interests in Piper Private Equity Fund V L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014233, to: i) in the case of Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2007 Non-U.S Fund L.P., and Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2008 Non-U.S. Fund, L.P., to PEV Holdings 1066 AB LLC, PEV SB Employee Aggregator IV LP and FPP Alternative Investments Class D Foreign Income Blocker LLC; and (ii) in the case of Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2009 Non-U.S. Developed Markets Fund L.P, to Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund), LLC, Partners Group Access PF 708 L.P., and Partners Group Growth, LLC. As such, Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2007 Non-U.S Fund L.P., Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2008 Non-U.S. Fund, L.P., and Adams Street Partnership Fund – 2009 Non-U.S. Developed Markets Fund L.P cease to be limited partners of the Partnership and PEV Holdings 1066 AB LLC, PEV SB Employee Aggregator IV LP and FPP Alternative Investments Class D Foreign Income Blocker LLC, Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund), LLC, Partners Group Access PF 708 L.P., and Partners Group Growth, LLC have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
