A meeting of the shareholders of the above-named Company had been convened and held on 24 September 2024, when resolutions for the winding-up of the Company and the appointment of a Liquidator to act in a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation were passed. The relevant notices of the passing of the resolution and the appointment of the Liquidator were published in the London Gazette on 30 September 2024.

Subsequently a procedural anomaly with passing of the resolutions has become apparent, and consequently the winding-up resolution and appointment have been deemed to be invalid. As a result of this the Company is not currently in liquidation, and the notices referred to above are hereby retracted in their entirety.
