Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, as a result of a merger, effective 30 September 2024, between the following limited partners of the Partnership:

(a) Aon UK Trustees Ltd as corporate trustees of the Aon Retirement Plan - The Aon Alexander &Alexander UK Pension Scheme Section (“LP I”), renamed Aon UK Trustees Ltd acting on behalfof the Aon Retirement Plan - The Aon UK Limited Section (“RP UK Ltd.”);

(b) Aon UK Trustees Ltd as corporate trustees of the Aon Retirement Plan - The Aon Bain HoggPension Scheme Section (“LP II”); and

(c) Aon UK Trustees Ltd as corporate trustees of the Aon Retirement Plan - The Aon UK PensionScheme Section (“LP III”),

together LP I, LP II and LP III (the “Merger”).

As a consequence of the Merger, RP UK Ltd., assumed the interest held by LP II and LP III and LP II and LP III ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership or have any interest in the Partnership.
