(the “Existing LP”) ceased to be a limited partner in HgCapital 7 A L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP015324 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 1 October 2024, by virtue of a transfer by the Existing LP of its entire interest in the Partnership to SP BOND ACQUISITIONS L.P..
