Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 233 of the Companies Act 1931 that a final meeting of the members and creditors of the above named Company will be held at KPMG, Heritage Court, 41 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1HN on the 23 day of October 2024, at 10:00 am and 10:30am respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of and the hearing of any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining the manner in which the books and papers of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.
