Further to the Joint Liquidators’ Notice, advertised on 4 April 2024, final Notice is hereby given to all shareholders of the Company to provide the Joint Liquidators with their contact details and details of their shareholding in Shipserv Holdings Ltd, if not previously provided to the Joint Liquidators, before 17.00 GMT 5 November 2024, by email to SHL@Azets.co.uk.

Any capital distributions declared to those shareholders on the Company’s register who have not contacted the Joint Liquidators by this deadline, will have their distribution monies remitted to an account held with the UK Insolvency Service prior to closure of the liquidation.
