We, Bai Cham and David Elliott both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD were appointed as Joint Administrators on 3 November 2022. Gavin Savage of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2/3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1EE replaced David Elliott as Joint Administrator by an Order of the Court dated 27 January 2023.

The Joint Administrators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to the preferential creditors of the Company within two months from the last date for proving, which is 22 October 2024. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.
