Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court of Session dated 11th September 2024, in respect of the undernoted Companies, the Lord Ordinary removed Lorna Bingham as liquidator of the Companies and appointed Paul Anthony George, Insolvency Practitioner of Business Helpline Group Limited, Suite 7, Northlight Parade, Brierfield, Nelson BB9 5EG, as replacement liquidator in terms of Section 108(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
