At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Stuart Rathmell Insolvency, Egyptian Mill, Egyptian Street, Bolton BL1 2HS on 13 September 2024 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

”That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stuart Rathmell (IP No. 10050) of Stuart Rathmell Insolvency, Egyptian Mill, Egyptian Street, Bolton BL1 2HS be and hereby is appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
