NOTICE IS GIVEN by Hugh Jesseman, the nominated Liquidator of the above-named Company, that following his formal appointment as Liquidator, he will make a first and final distribution to creditors pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Creditors of the above-named Company, whose members will consider voluntarily winding up on 28th October 2024, are requested, on or before 28th October 2024 to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London, WC1R 5EF, and, if so requested by the Liquidators, following their formal appointment, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the above date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Please note that after paying or providing for a final distribution in respect of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the Liquidator, following their formal appointment, shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely
