At a general meeting of the company, duly convened and held at Richard J Smith & Co, 20 Southernhay West, Exeter, Devon, EX1 1PR on 19 September 2024, at 10.30 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Samuel Adam Bailey and Jonathan David Trembath both of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office.”

Please note, at the subsequent creditors meeting it was resolved that Dominic Dumville (IP number: 17890) and Henry Page (IP number: 12250) both of Mercer & Hole LLP, 7th Floor, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be appointed as Joint Liquidators, replacing the previous office holder.
