At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held Via MS Teams on on 19 September 2024 at 1.15 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Colley (IP No. 21712) and John Dickinson (IP No. 9342) both of CBW Recovery LLP, 10 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
