Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act of 1907, that on 2 September 2024 MARTIN FAMILY TRUST transferred to FRANK MARTIN and T M TRUSTEES LIMITED of TALBOT & MUIR SIPP RE F MARTIN the interest held by it in the MW Private Investors (Newstead RELF) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England (registered number LP021661) and with effect from that date TALBOT & MUIR SIPP RE F MARTIN became a limited partner in the Partnership.
