THE CRIPPLEGATE FOUNDATION PENSION ASSURANCE SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”)

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustee of the Scheme hereby give notice of their intention to wind up the Scheme and distribute its assets, and require any person interested to send to the Trustee or personal representatives within the next two months, particulars of his claim in respect of the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates. At the expiration of this time the Trustee may convey or distribute the trust, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims, whether formal or not, of which the Trustee then have had notice and shall not, as respects the property so conveyed or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the Trustees or personal representatives have not had notice at the time of conveyance or distribution.

Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme, or who have received correspondence in the last 12 months relating to their entitlements in this Scheme from the Trustees.
