Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Green Source 2022, LLC transferred 100% of its interest in Magnesium Capital 1 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP020446 (the “Partnership”), to Clean Growth Fund VI Investments, LLC. As a result of such transfer, Clean Growth Fund VI Investments, LLC was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Green Source 2022, LLC ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
