CYNLLUN PENSIWN EGLWYS BRESBYTERAIDD CYMRU (“Y CYNLLUN”)

HYSBYSIAD I GREDYDWYR A BUDDIOLWYR O DAN ADRAN 27 O DDEDDF YMDDIRIEDOLWYR 1925

Hysbysir drwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 27 o’r Ddeddf Ymddiriedolwyr 1925, fod Cynllun Pensiwn Eglwys Bresbyteraidd Cymru yn y broses o gael ei ddirwyn i ben. Mae Ymddiriedolwyr y Cynllun wedi cyfathrebu â pob un o’r aelodau a’r buddiolwyr sy’n hysbys iddynt, a mae eu diddordeb yn cael ei ddiogelu. Mae angen i unrhyw berson sy’n credu efallai bod ganddynt hawlogaeth, diddordeb, hawliad yn erbyn, neu ddiddordeb buddiolwr yn asedau’r cynllun i anfon manylion eu hawliad neu eu diddordeb yn ysgrifenedig i:

Barnett Waddingham LLP St James House St James Square Cheltenham GL50 3PR

Neu drwy e-bost i:

WPCTrustee@Barnett-Waddingham.co.uk

Dylai personau sydd am honni hawliad gynnwys eu enw llawn, cyfeiriad cyfredol, rhif Yswiriant Cenedlaethol, manylion y buddion y maent yn eu hawlio a chopïau o unrhyw dystiolaeth sy’n cadarnhau eu hawlogaeth.

Rhaid i unrhyw hawliad gael ei wneud o fewn 2 fis i ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn. Wedi’r dyddiad hwnnw fe fydd yr Ymddiriedolwyr yn mynd rhagddynt i rannu’r asedau sy’n weddill yn y Cynllun rhwng y rhai sydd ag hawlogaeth iddynt, gan gymryd i ystyriaeth yr hawliadau y maent wedi eu hysbysu amdanynt yn unig. Ni fydd yr Ymddiriedolwyr yn atebol i unrhyw berson arall lle nad ydynt wedi derbyn hysbysiad o’u hawliad. Nid oes angen i unrhyw unigolyn sydd eisoes wedi derbyn gohebiaeth am y mater hwn ar ran yr Ymddiriedolwyr i ymateb gan fod manylion eu hawlogaeth eisoes gan yr Ymddiriedolwyr.
