THE HILLINGDON (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (WEST DRAYTON PARKING MANAGEMENT SCHEME) WD ZONES (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2024
Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 30th August 2024 it made the above Orders to:
1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 12 Rosedale Avenue, Hayes (partly on the footway)
ii) Outside No. 292 Long Lane, Hillingdon
iii) Outside No. 1 Dagnall Crescent, Cowley (partly on the footway)
iv) Outside No. 47 Harmondsworth Road, West Drayton
v) Outside No. 10 Keats Close, Hayes
vi) Outside No. 34 Yew Avenue, West Drayton
3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 93 Exmouth Road, Ruislip
ii) Outside No. 2 Montcalm Close, Hayes
4. Replace sections of ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions with Zone WD2 permit holder parking places at the following locations:
i) Outside Nos. 12 & 14 Brickfields Way, West Drayton
ii) Outside Nos. 24 & 26 Brickfields Way, West Drayton
5. Convert the existing ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ waiting restrictions at the junction with Pinner Road and Chestnut Avenue, Northwood to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions.
6. Extend the times of the existing ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm and 2.30pm to 4.30pm’ waiting restrictions to operate everyday ‘8am to 11am and 2.30pm to 6pm’ on the south side of Botwell Common Road, Hayes between the junctions with Dawley Road and Beechwood Avenue.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 9th September 2024 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE – INSTALLATION OF 'AT ANY TIME' WAITING RESTRICTIONS
MANNINGTREE ROAD, RUISLIP – On the corner outside Nos. 29, 29a & 29b.
CORONATION ROAD, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 1 Coronation Road by 6 metres
. EASTCOTE ROAD, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines east of Bishop Ramsey Close by an additional 7.3 metres eastwards.
