NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 and 14.29 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company, which entered creditors voluntary liquidation on 18 March 2024, intend to make a first and final dividend to preferential and unsecured creditors within two months from the last date to claim, detailed below.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before Monday 30 September 2024 (the last date to claim), to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016), to the Joint Liquidators at Bridgewood Financial Solutions Ltd, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham, NG1 6EE. If so required by notice from the Joint Liquidators, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidators consider is necessary, to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
