A meeting of the members of the above-named Company had been convened and held on 1 August 2024, when determinations for the winding-up of the Company and the appointment of a Liquidator to act in a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation were passed. The relevant notices of the passing of the determinations and the appointment of the Liquidators were published in the London Gazette on 8 August 2024.
Subsequently a procedural anomaly with passing of the resolutions has become apparent, and consequently the winding-up resolution and appointment have been deemed to be invalid. As a result of this the Company is not currently in liquidation, and the notices referred to above are hereby retracted in their entirety.
It is the intention to restart the process to wind-up the Company and further notices will be published in accordance with the statutory requirements in due course.
