FORE FITNESS HOLDINGS LIMITED

(IN MEMBERS’ VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on 6th August 2024, the following Shareholders’ resolution was passed:

“THAT Fore Fitness Holdings Limited be wound up voluntarily as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation and that Laura Claire Watterson-Woodall and Lynsey Dryhurst Smith of Atla Advisory Limited, Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 5EP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding up”.

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the creditors of the above named company are required on or before 13th September 2024 to send their names and addresses (and of their Advocates, if any) to the undersigned Laura Claire Watterson-Woodall and Lynsey Dryhurst Smith, Joint Liquidators of the said company and if so required by Notice in writing by the said Joint Liquidators, are by their advocates or personally to come in and prove their said debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution before such debts are proved.
